Out of courtesy to me, I kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day or last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding my policy. It is in place to respect my time as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

 All deposits/retainers will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy. ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA MY ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR DIRECTLY TO MY TEXTS 209-277-7719. NO VOICE MAILS OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
